Really good Service and Beautiful Villas

The staff were friendly, this. Vineet helped arrange a cake and dinner, he created a great birthday experience. Suresh and Devendra were master chefs, they cooked chicken, mutton, and dosas. I had a great experience, I am grateful.
The buggy service was somewhat slow, there were a few times I waited longer than expected. This happened specifically when requesting transport from my pool villa. A shorter wait time for buggy service would improve the overall experience.

Our sunset beach villa included a private pool and direct access to the VIP seaplane lounge. The villa was well maintained, it offered comfortable accommodation with ample space. The cleaning staff consistently kept everything very super clean.

The food from Raha was very good. The chef, sajith, made our meals special every day. Eats and greets is a very good italian restaurant. The Raha restaurant includes a vast variety of food choices that changes daily.

the hotel is beautiful. i guess it met expectations there. you can swim in the clear blue waters.
i had a pretty frustrating experience. i waited 20 minutes for a buggy. they don't seem to go to the pool villas, so you have to walk in the sun.

i liked breakfast. the buffet had different items. the staff was super friendly. they gave us buggy service to our room as my wife was pregnant. it was a five star experience with different facilities. i appreciated their attentive approach.
